The restaurant is reserved to our guests only. We ask you to make the reservation within 12am the same day.
Fresh daily products from our garden and from our organic farm supply the basics for our dinners. Food is prepared every day on the basis of seasonal vegetables. We do not serve meat, our menu is based on vegetables. If we find fresh and good tipical fish at the fish market in Ortigia we will serve it and you will be advised in advance.
La Casa di Melo organizes small demonstrations of recipes based on seasonal and organic products. Being seasonal products, the courses will depend on the vegetables and fruits available at the time. Some examples:
