The kitchen offers a buffet restaurant service and is strictly for guests.
The buffet offers typical Sicilian cuisine dishes, prepared with the products from our garden and from our Organic Farm. For this reason it’s mainly vegetarian, prepared daily according to the seasonal availability of the products.
La Casa di Melo organizes small demonstrations of recipes based on seasonal and organic products. Being seasonal products, the courses will depend on the vegetables and fruits available at the time. Some examples:
